Posts range from executive positions such as CEOs & COOs to Finance Director, Finance Manager, School Business Manager, HR roles and Facilities/Site Manager through to administrative and support staff. We work in collaboration with clients and candidates to attract and support the best people in their field.
In 2024 we are celebrating five years in business, drawing on close to three decades of recruitment experience within a range of sectors, including fifteen years within education. Founder and Recruitment Director
Liz established Dedicate Recruitment in 2019 following two decades of recruitment experience within a range of sectors, including ten years within education. Liz's strength is developing enduring relationships with both candidates and clients. She is passionate in getting to know the candidates behind the CV's and the managers who are recruiting. With an understanding of client requirements and gaining trust, Liz is successfully placing quality candidates through honest, creative consulting.
Dan Nevitt
Operations Director
Dan joined Dedicate Recruitment in 2021 bringing over twenty-five years' commercial experience, including thirteen years as a board director, with expertise in marketing and new product/market development. With a wealth of knowledge, Dan now works to streamline business processes and provide an enhanced quality service to both clients and candidates. He places particular focus on managing live conferences, events and exhibitions to network with senior leadership teams.
