Liz founded Dedicate Recruitment in 2019. With over 22 years of recruitment expertise - including a decade specialising in the education sector - her vision was clear from the start. To build a consultancy defined by integrity, genuine insight, and lasting partnership. Known for forging meaningful relationships, Liz takes the time to truly understand the people behind the CVs and the leaders behind the hiring decisions. She believes great recruitment isn't just about matching skills - it's about understanding ambition, culture, and fit on both sides of the conversation. That philosophy runs through everything she does. With a sharp eye for talent and a deep understanding of the evolving public sector landscape, Liz delivers recruitment solutions that are honest, creative, and built to last.

Operations Director
Dan brings 30 years of commercial experience to Dedicate Recruitment, including 13 years at board level across diverse sectors. Since joining in 2021, he has taken ownership of our operational strategy - streamlining processes, raising service standards, and ensuring every interaction delivers real value for clients and candidates alike. With a strong background in strategic marketing and product development, Dan applies that same commercial sharpness to how we work internally - identifying what can be done better, faster, and with greater impact. He is a driving force behind service excellence at every stage of the recruitment journey. Dan also leads our presence at industry conferences, exhibitions, and live events - building lasting relationships with senior leaders across the sector.
