Unlike most recruitment companies, we are education sector specialists. In fact, we are ‘double niche’ - dedicated to placing support staff within schools, colleges, universities and multi-academy trusts across the UK. We have been shortlisted as MATA Education Consultant of the Year 2024.
Our primary focus is to provide an outstanding level of service to our clients and candidates, achieved through consistent attention to detail and providing regular progress updates. We will invest time and resources to ensure we understand our client and candidate requirements.
In 2024 we are celebrating five years in business, drawing on close to three decades of recruitment experience within a range of sectors, including fifteen years within education. Founder Liz Nevitt is a Fellow and Professional Member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), the professional body for recruitment companies.
For clients, we aim to work seamlessly with you, to be seen as an enhanced extension of your HR team. Our approach is to provide transparent and honest support, to ensure we attract high-quality candidates who will complement your team.
For candidates, we work closely with you to fully understand your career goals and guide you on the recruitment process. From interview stage, at the point of offer, and throughout the onboarding process, our aftercare is tailored around you to ensure you are kept informed and that you’re fully in control.
As an advocate investing in vocational projects, we believe it is important to support our local education community. We regularly provide careers advice to year 11 students as part of their PSHE (Personal, Social, Health & Economic) classes, and attend careers networking events for sixth form students. Each year, we exhibit at local and national education conferences to network with senior leadership teams.
We will work transparently with our candidates and clients, in that they understand every step of the recruitment process and remain confident in our strategy.
To do the right thing when no one is looking. To go the extra mile to ensure that both candidates and clients have their expectations met.
Working in partnership with candidates and schools to achieve the best outcome. To work with external organisations such as industry bodies and marketing platforms to ensure we attract the right talent.
A successful organisation is built on a good reputation and we will maintain our professionalism in every aspect of our business from first impressions of a phone call through to our marketing content.
